1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PeekABaby.ca website and the booking of any session with PeekABaby. By accessing the website or reserving an appointment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Nature of Our Services
PeekABaby provides non-diagnostic keepsake ultrasound sessions intended for bonding and memory purposes. Our sessions are not a substitute for medical ultrasounds or prenatal care. They do not diagnose, screen for, or rule out any medical condition. We strongly encourage every family to maintain regular care with their physician or midwife.
3. Bookings & Payment
Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure a booking, as communicated at the time of reservation.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule a session where necessary and will offer the earliest convenient alternative.
5. Session Outcomes
Image quality depends on factors beyond our control, including the baby's position, gestational age, amniotic fluid and maternal factors. While our team makes every effort to capture beautiful images, specific results or views cannot be guaranteed.
6. Gift Certificates & Promotions
Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated, and may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, illustrations and design, is the property of PeekABaby or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeekABaby is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
